This Site is operated in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States. By using this Site and providing your personal information, you consent to such transfer. You also understand that the United States may not provide the same level of protections as the laws of your country. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted to our Site and any such transmission is at your own risk. Marketing Communications

When you provide your phone number on our Site, you are agreeing to receive marketing and promotional materials from us. Where required by law, we will ask you to explicitly opt in to receive such marketing from us. If we send you marketing communications, each will include instructions on how to opt out of receiving those communications in the future. Types of SMS Communications: If you have consented to receive text messages, you may receive SMS communications related to client messaging or updates from Gould & Ratner LLP staff.
