Rich Reizen, chair of Gould & Ratner’s Construction Practice, and Pat Johnson, partner in Gould & Ratner’s Construction Practice, presented at the 2022 Midwest Construction Law Symposium on Aug. 12. This is an exclusive advanced construction law series presented by CLSA, an invitation-only construction lawyer honorary society with limited membership, and their presentation is titled “Data Center Construction:  Understanding the Key Issues.”

Jessica Lingertat, Managing Partner at Gould & Ratner, was recognized as one of Chicago Daily Law Bulletin and Chicago Lawyer Magazine’s “Top Women in the Law” for 2022. The 40 influential women featured at the 3rd annual Salute! Awards were chosen for their work to mentor and promote other women in the profession, their success in the legal community and being a shining example of leadership.

Rich Reizen, chair of Gould & Ratner’s Construction Practice, moderated a panel at a Bisnow Chicago Construction & Development event: “Finding the Opportunities: Which Neighborhoods are Being Targeted for New Investment and What’s Next on the Horizon” on July 21.

Gould & Ratner’s Real Estate Practice has been recognized by the Illinois Real Estate Journal (IREJ) as the Real Estate Law Firm of the Year for 2022. In addition, Amy Blumenthal, a Managing Partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice, was awarded Real Estate Lawyer of the Year for 2022. The awards were announced on July 13, 2022.
