Gould & Ratner partners Fred Tannenbaum and Ammara Khan attended the 2022 LawExchange International Spring Conference that was held April 29-30 in Aarhus, Denmark. The conference attendees hailed from 24 different member firms from across the globe.

Rob Chidester, a partner in Gould & Ratner’s Corporate Practice, presented at a webinar hosted by TotemVC, “VC Stack: 2022 Edition” on April 21. This conversation featured industry leading experts across banking, legal, accounting and software on what it takes to launch, close and manage a successful venture fund. Rob was joined by fellow panelists Sean Park, Managing Director of First Republic Bank, Matt Wilson, President of Barrier Crest, Tim Flannery, Co-Founder of Passthrough, Rob Lusk, Partnerships at Assure and Max Fleitmann, Co-Founder of VC Stack.

Jennifer Tolsky spoke on a panel with the Chicago Estate Planning Council at UIC Law School on April 11. The panel is put on by the diversity committee of CEPC of which Jennifer is a committee member.
